Who We Serve
CCA, through its myHana.io platform was designed to serve generations over one niche.

Lifelong Caregivers
We initially set out with a focused objective:
to support children and young adults with autism and their families.
But very quickly, we witnessed the structural challenges facing autism families were not isolated.
The same fragmentation exists across the broader intellectual and neurodiverse ecosystem.
Today, we serve families navigating:
- Autism
- Down syndrome
- ADHD and related neurodevelopmental conditions
- Intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan
As we continue to grow, our collateral, education infrastructure, and navigation tools expand alongside the communities we support.
But the deeper realization came from lived experience.
We weren’t only caring for our children.
We were also caring for our parents.

Modern Caregivers
The modern caregiver is often part of the “sandwich generation” — simultaneously supporting children with complex needs and aging parents facing cognitive or medical decline.
That dual burden reshaped our mission.
With more than 65 million Americans over the age of 65 and Alzheimer’s and dementia diagnoses rising each year, the caregiving crisis is not theoretical — it is already here.
CCA responded by expanding our platform to include:
- A proprietary Alzheimer’s and Dementia Roadmap — intellectual property you will not find elsewhere in the ecosystem
- A comprehensive Living Well at Home series focused on aging in place
- Structured tools and resources that empower families to keep parents and elder loved ones at home — where dignity, familiarity, love, and attention are strongest
We serve caregivers across generations.Children.
Young adults. Parents. Elders.
Because caregiving does not happen in silos — and neither should the solutions.
